Artex Ventures made his own research in the market to find the best manufacture ready to work and satisfy the international requirement.

Thanks to the vastness and diversity of weather, India offers a high variety and quantity of products. In the same time, get a full scenario is also difficult, if not impossible, but through an accurate research and experience in the market, our staff could provide a short list of the best deal available in the market.

The market investigation took almost 3 months, during this time a lot of information and data were collected and analyzed.

The main matter is the quality, so on the suppliers of the final list, our staff made a personal control to check the information provided and make the required laboratory test.

Coconut Oil: is a seasonal product so the cost is floating in accordingly to the raw material availability. Coconut Oil is a versatile and useful product with a lot of benefit.

Sunflower Oil: s the non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of sunflower. Sunflower oil is commonly used in food as a frying oil, and in cosmetic formulations as an emollient. Sunflower oil, particularly, is loaded with Vitamin E and omega 6 fats which makes it a healthy choice.

Mustered Oil: stimulates hair growth by increasing blood circulation in the scalp. It has a high smoking point so it's very good for deep frying.

Sesame Oil:has natural antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties; If used properly and in moderation (as it is high in omega-6 fats) this oil can provide certain health benefits.

Peanuts Oil:it is naturally trans-fat-free, cholesterol free, and low in saturated fats.Peanut oil is high in unsaturated fats, especially monounsaturated fat. It is also a source of vitamin E and phytosterols, which benefit heart-health.

The following description is based on the production of coconut oil, but can be taken as an example for the production of other oils.

Remember that most of these raw materials are seasonal, so even the price depends on the period.

For example, the best time to buy coconut is April/May, during this period the price is very advantageous.

2. Packaging: the selection of it depend at firstly of the product’s characteristics:Coconut oil: tends to freeze below 25 degrees and this transaction starts from the bottom of the bottle. In accordingly to this product’s proprieties and to the international quality certificates, the choice got focus on plastic bottles, dispensers. Since the coconut oil tends to solidify very easily, use the glass bottle is not possible (will be impossible to squeeze it to get out the oil). The colors, shape, model in the follow photo is only an example, and much more are available.

Virgin Coconut Oil: is much more dense and delicate, so could be preferable a glass bottle to protect and preserve better the product. In accordingly to the shape and size, it will be calculate the final price. Any case it is preferable a transparent case to make visible the quality of the product.

Branding and Logo:The characteristics, shape, size of the label depends on the company’s needs. The logo and label can be also develop from our company in accordingly to the requirement of the final destination.

1. External package:an external paper box is recommended for a better presentation from the point of view of marketing. In addition, you can create an additional proposal on the use of oil: combine the bottle with an applicator that helps in the rapid and homogeneous distribution of the oil through all the hair.

1.  Packaging and Wholesale Packing: Another key point is to define the optimal route to send the products. In accordingly will be decide which kind and conditions of packing are required. It is important to calculate all the cost and considers different scenarios. Whenever a product has to be send abroad, it is important to consider the Pellet shape. The transportation company will provide the exactly size and shape in which the packaging has to fit. Moreover the way will be plan has to consider the wholesale part also (for example cannot be taken a single product, but a package of 12/20 products).

NOTE:

1. The calculation does not include the cost of delivery to the manufacturer in India of:

• Packaging
• Labels ( customize information)
• Packing boxes( transportation logistic)
• Barrel from the manufacture to the packaging factory. (In general there are barrel of 200Lt each one cost 1062 INR that will be 5310 INR per Tons).

2. The calculation does not include the cost of shipping finished products from the manufacturing plant to the port of Mumbai.

Due to the fact that the technical task for wholesale packaging was not given, the calculation does not include consumables for wholesale packaging and bulk packaging of goods.

 

1. Export Costs

The final product will be ready for the international market, only after fulfil the following points:

1. Additional laboratory tests for certification and obtaining a European certificate (in India, 1 test for 50 $ )
2. Goods’ delivery to the Customer: the final price of delivery can be calculated only with complete information about the order (Fill in the form No. 5)
3. Customs brokerage services.
4. Customs clearance: duty and VAT.
5. Banking financial services (1% of the contract amount)

 

2. Service Cost: depends of mutual factors: order size, frequency, conditions, and request. We will inform you about our percentage after understanding the previously points.
